This program comprises of indepth knowledge of cooking methods, science behind the food materials we use, various cuisines of the world with ample practical classes. Basic computer skills and spoken English alongwith calculation of cost of each and every item is also part of the course curriculum. The six months internship program is designed to give industry insight to the students and is helpful in choosing the right direction to a fulfilling career.
This is an one year certificate programme in food production which provides the students with an academic qualification as well as specialized practical in-depth knowlwdge in Indian, Chinese, Continental and Thai cuisine.
