This program helps a student to learn about various types of cuisines, their service methods and accompaniments to go with them. It also includes various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, service methods and preparation of various cocktails. In practical classes students are shown various classes from our enviable collection and different types of table settings. The internship period is for three months which will give the students an extra mileage to gain industrial exposure as a part of their course curriculum.
This is a six-month certificate programme in Food & Beverages Services which provides the students with an academic qualification as well as specialized practical oriented knowledge on Food & Safety standards that attract potential employers.
Students will get regular practical (industry based) exposure during the programme.
